1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Quantum AI platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use Quantum AI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of Canada (excluding Quebec, where the Service is not yet available).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Nature of the Service

Quantum AI provides AI-powered automated trading tools. We are not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment fund. We do not provide personalized investment advice. All trading decisions are ultimately yours, even when automated.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The AI does not guarantee profits. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting losses.

6. Fees and Payments

Quantum AI charges a commission per trade (typically 0.1%–0.3%). There are no monthly subscription fees. All fees are displayed transparently in your account dashboard. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your trading activity.

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit: $250 CAD. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. We may delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraud or violation of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate markets or exploit the AI.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use bots or scripts to access the Service without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and trademarks on the platform are owned by Quantum AI Technologies Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification.
